Sealing and Mounting Rice Paper Paintings
Here is the YouTube video I mentioned while live painting about mounting rice paper Sumi-e paintings on a sturdier backing paper with Nori Paste presented by my art friend Karen Elaine for Yasutomo:

Note that in the Yasutomo video for Blick Art Materials above, Karen Elaine is using a permanent black sumi ink painting for her presentation and wetting the back of the artwork. If you create a watercolor artwork, the colors will likely bleed if you try wetting the back of the rice paper before mounting.
In order to seal the watercolor painting on rice paper before mounting, I suggest using Dorland’s Wax by Jacquard. I show how to do this in my video above at 2:43:15.
