In this article I nerd-out on watercolor while showing you some of my green watercolors stash, discussing pigment content of the paints and demonstrate how I add color mixing experiments to my Painter’s Color Diary.

At the end of the live video session I paint a quick willow tree using a light, mid-tone and dark color green to help build dimension in the scene. I hope you’ll try some of the tips and tricks shared in the class video!
