We will meet across the street in the spacious and airy Art House that contains the St Tammany Art Assn. at 320 N Columbia St; the perfect location to get your creative juices flowing...
The class begins on Friday, May 8, 2015, from 6:00 - 9:00 pm with an evening introduction to the range of exciting products the Pebeo paint company has available for mixed media artists, and the attendees will prepare several surfaces with acrylic paints, mediums, and resins that will be left overnight to dry for the next day.
On Saturday, May 9th, we will enjoy a full day of painting activities from 10 am - 4:30 pm, releasing our desire to control the paint and letting the spectacular properties of the exotic acrylic mediums, dimensional resins and reliefs, and self-manipulative liquid oils guide each attendee to glorious discovery and a set of completed projects.
